I was stalling work the other day and decided to browse over books in the office library when I have come across a note clipped on a folder dated 8 years ago written on a Malacañang memo. I was thoroughly amused. It wrote:
* Billy is Mr. William M. Esposo, Special Consultant to former President Corazon C. Aquino
